MySQL 3.23.52 does not compile against porcupine.org's libwrap.  
This may not be a problem for those not configuring it 
--with-libwrap, but for those who are, the attached patch hacks 
around the issue.

A far better patch would update the auto{conf,make} code to check 
the number of arguments to the relevant libwrap functions.  I 
just can't be arsed to do such a patch, since we're only dealing 
with one specific case anyways.
